Jazzy Jumper

Designed for children aged 18 months to 3 1/2 years, this class combines the joy of movement with guided activities led by both a parent and a coach. Through playful exercises, little ones will develop essential motor skills while also fostering social interactions and emotional growth in a nurturing environment.

Tailored for energetic boys and girls aged 3-4 years, this class introduces foundational gymnastics concepts in a fun and safe manner. Children will engage in activities that promote balance, strength, and coordination, all while building self-confidence as they explore their physical abilities.

Radical Rollers

Designed for energetic boys and girls aged 4-5 years, this class introduces the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Young athletes will focus on developing essential skills such as balance, coordination, and muscle strength while enhancing their physical and visual motor skills through playful activities. 

Girls Level 1-5

Our progressive levels are structured to build upon each other, ensuring a solid foundation in gymnastics. Starting at age 5, students can enroll in Level 1, where they will master key skills before advancing to the next level.  

Level 1:

This introductory class welcomes beginners to the exciting world of gymnastics! Participants will learn fundamental skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. In a fun and supportive environment, they will also focus on developing flexibility, strength, body awareness, control, and self-confidence.

Level 2:

Building on the basics, Level 2 continues to explore beginner gymnastics while introducing intermediate skills. Students will progress their abilities on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline, all while enhancing their flexibility, strength, body awareness, control, and self-confidence in an enjoyable setting.

Level 3:

In this intermediate-level class, gymnasts will focus on refining their skills across all apparatuses: vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Continued emphasis will be placed on flexibility, strength, body awareness, control, and self-confidence as they advance in a fun atmosphere. 

Level 4:

Level 4 takes students further into intermediate skills while introducing more advanced techniques on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Participants will continue to develop flexibility and strength alongside body awareness and self-confidence in a lively environment.

Level 5:

As gymnasts reach Level 5, they will tackle advanced skills across all apparatuses. This level also serves as an introduction to the skills necessary for pre-team or competition team participation for those aspiring to take their gymnastics to the next level.

Lil Street Movz (Ages 3 1/2-5)

This energetic class is perfect for little ones who need to burn off some energy. Combining the basics of gymnastics with parkour elements, children will learn body awareness, coordination, balance, and strength—all while enjoying a safe and fun environment.

Street Movz Classes

Our Street Movz program is designed for children aged five and up, with progression through levels based on skill mastery. 

Street Movz 1: 

This introductory class combines basic gymnastics with parkour elements. Students will explore the gym using floor space, trampolines, bars, and balance beams. Through these fun activities, they will develop essential skills such as body control, strength, coordination, balance, and self-confidence.

Street Movz 2:

Building on the foundation established in Level 1, Street Movz 2 introduces intermediate skills across all apparatuses: floor, trampolines, bars, and balance beams. Participants will continue to enhance their body control, strength, coordination, balance, and self-confidence as they tackle new challenges.

Street Movz Advanced:

In this advanced class, students will focus on mastering more complex and challenging skills on the floor, trampolines, bars, and balance beams. Participants will further refine their body control and strength while improving coordination and balance through engaging activities.
